This tutorial covers how to fix nameserver IPs displaying incorrectly in WHM.

You will need to modify the following file to have the proper IPs for your name-servers:

/var/cpanel/nameserverips.yaml

And when you are done updating that file, run the following:

/scripts/updateuserdomains

/usr/local/cpanel/startup
