Your DNS cache stores the locations (IP addresses) of web servers that contain web pages which you have recently visited.

If the location of the web server/site changes before the entry in your DNS cache updates, then your site will still load from the old location. An indication of this could be that 404 errors, or changes that you make are not appearing. This could indicate that your DNS cache needs to be update to reflect the new changes made, or new location.

To check what DNS information your site is currently resolving to please use our DNS tool https://synapse.webgo.com.au

You can also use a proxy tool to test your connection from your location.
